There is no catch. We created the company to provide the infrastructure for agents to build their business around and to do so at a fee that is mutually beneficial to both the agent and the company.
Is There a Minimum Number of Deals Required?
Absolutely not! We know each agent will do as much, or as little, business as their personal commitments will allow. Who do require transactions to be performed properly though. Each agent is to perform their real estate business in a moral, legal, ethical manner, and never jeopardize the good name of the company.
What are Your Plan Options?
We have the Silver plan at $35 per month that is ideal for any agent completing up to 14 transactions per year and the Gold plan at $100 per month, structured to be most beneficial for agents performing 15 or more transactions per year.
Are There Any Other Fees?
For both plans there is a modest annual fee of $180, billed at $15 per month, for E&O insurance and the extensive technology tools available for agents use.
